Thisis a very strange film held steady by an amazing performance by KamalHassan. It has a weird storyline with corrupt politicians, idioticcriminals, young lovers mouthing declarations of love, scatterbrainedhumor, childish scatological remarks (meant for smirking teens) allcoming together in a campy sort of way. This is definitely not the sortof film you want to first see if you are completely new to Indian filmsas you may doubt your own sanity towards the end of the picture.
